We ship all orders 10-14 business days after payment. Low Shipping. Shipping is a low flat rate (in US) of $100. Our computers are shipped in secure packaging to ensure the safe arrival to you location. Fair damage policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost to you. We will reimburse your for shipping costs back to us. Most merchants make you pay to return broken items! We don't think that's right. Responsiveness. We answer all emails quickly, within 24 hours (barring holidays). If you have a problem or question, we won't make you wait days to hear from us. And we're honest. If our product won't meet your needs, we'll tell you up front. We would rather miss a sale than create headaches for both of us. Communication. We keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive an email when order is purchased and when the item is shipped. We always send the tracking number to you, so you will know when your package is due to arrive.
Prices and availability on advertised computers and parts are updated frequently. If the order is placed and we find out it contains a back-ordered or discontinued item, one of our sales representative will contact you for alternatives. If an advertised item is not available after payment is made, we will find a comparable alternative and will contact you for approval.
Delivery time is 10-14 business days, once payment is received and verified. Payment will only be accepted from verified" Paypal accounts from US Residents. All other orders will be cancelled.
If your PC (Personal Computer) arrives DOA or any part (*except the CPU) is malfunctioning you may return the PC to us for repair, free of charge (you are responsible for shipping costs) for 1 year after the date of purchase. If replacement of a part is needed, and the same part is not available, a similar part may be used. *You have 14 days from the date of receiving the PC (UPS or Fedex records will be used) to receive support for a faulty CPU. We will replace the CPU if necessary. We only offer 14 days on the CPU, since we have no recourse for recovering our expense from our supplier. We test the CPU for defects prior to shipping, so we know that it is in perfect working order at the time of shipping. After 1 year from date of purchase has passed, support will be offer on a case by case basis. Though support will be case by case after 1 year, it is our HONEST goal to support you as long as you have the system . The cost of returning the PC to us is your responsibility and we will pay the return cost to you after any repairs have been completed. We are not responsible for damage to your PC due to custom modifications to hardware, cooling or overstressed components due to over clocking. When a PC is returned for repair, it must be returned to us in the same configuration that it was when shipped to you. If we determine that hardware damage has been incurred due to operation outside of manufacturer's recommendations, the computer will not be repaired and shipped back to you will be at your expense
