Glen Schofield, developer on Activision’s Modern Warfare 3, had taken to Twitter asking for fans of the game to help boost the surprisingly low Metacritic score (link). Right now, it is sitting with a low 3 out of 10 on the user score, though the critic reviews are up at 89 out of 100. He has since deleted his post on Twitter, but you can see him responding to a backlash of people bashing his actions. While we are all excited for this game, and many new games, it seems somewhat frivolous to spend that much to try and break in early – How many people will actually be playing to see you on early? Anyways – to each their own, now all you die hards . . .
