The crew over at TheModZoo.com have taken a really good look at Fractal Design’s latest iteration of their Define PC case series, the Define S. The biggest change from the previous version is the removal of the hard drive cage. It allows for more customization and better airflow throughout the entire case. And don’t fear, you can still mount plenty of hard drives in this case, they just moved the mounts to the backside of the case, including SSD slots behind the motherboard.
The case also caters to fans of water cooling as well, with plenty of space for reservoirs and/or radiators up to 420mm on the top or 360mm in the front.
The Define S is slightly smaller than the R5, but still allows ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX motherboard compatibility.
